"Good usability for everyone"

Basically a very good website, very fast, intuitively usable also for people inexperienced in ICT matters. However, when I contacted an owner, I got declined, although the dates were shown as 'free' on the website. I must make the point that E-Domizil had transparentely mentioned that it was only a demand to a private owner but yet, time slots that are not availabel should not be displayed on the website in the first place.
