Still waiting on cash back from MONTHS ago, I purchased using Rakuten links but they are refusing to payout duet to their issue with merchant. Unacceptable.

A few times there were issues with cash backs on orders placed through Rakuten. When I've contacted Rakuten support and provided proof of order, they've gone ahead and credited me with the cashback eventhough in some instances they did not end up receiving a response from the merchant that I purchased from. That builds trust and makes me want to use Rakuten knowing they will ensure that they follow through with their commitments.

"Deteriorating service with Rakutan"

Have been with Rakutan (formerly Ebates) for a long time and am recently receiving more rejections for reasons that are unclear when ordering. There seems to be problems between the site and the listed companies. Not sure the occasional approved cash-back is worth the hassle.
