Refused to deliver to my door. I have a broken leg and made we walk down 2 flights of stairs rather than being up to my door. Granted this was DPD not bulk powders however it is the company they use for delivery. When I called to let them know was told it's "not our problem mate" and that "we done our bit" . Rubbish customer service and won't be using again.
