"Parcel delayed one day after being…"

Parcel delayed one day after being given a day which was fine so I delayed it until the next Monday as I was away until then...received confirmation. It's now Monday and received another email saying "we confirm your request to change your delivery time until Tuesday" I have made no such request. I can't even track the parcel now....Update: 17:00 on Tuesday just received an email saying "we tried to deliver and no one was home"....I never received an hour slot indication of when they would arrive as promised and more importantly I have been home all day, there was no ring on the door bell or anything. What's the point of paying for next day delivery?

But the DPD delivery company is terrible. I'm supposed to get the delivery on the 3rd of July but I only got it on the 8th July 1 week delayed... they didn't come at the time they should have delivered it.. so annoying..

The probiotics I ordered were an excellent price and they were delivered in good time. PowerBody were very good at informing me when they were going to be delivered etc
