I want to transition from a non-tech HR/L&D role into data, despite having no coding experience. At first, I felt overwhelmed and battled imposter syndrome.

But in my first week at DE Academy, I received a detailed, personalized 6-month gam plan, 1:1 technical coaching, and regular 1:1 check-ins that helped me focus and build momentum!

Now, I’m confidently learning SQL and feel like I’m on a well-traveled path to a data job—something I never got from a traditional university program. It takes work, consistency, and financial investment, but it’s been worth it.

I've been with the academy for about 3 weeks now. It's been going really well. They address the skill gaps particularly required for data engineering interviews and start the training accordingly.
