The staff was friendly and helpful. The lot is nicely lit and well maintained. The parking spaces are decently sized. Did not have to wait long for pick up at the lot or at the airport terminal.

Great safe spot to park for EWR. Prices have gotten a little higher since I've been using them but for the most part they are competitive. Only real knock for me is sometimes the shuttle can run behind a little. Just like landing early just to find out your plane doesn't have a gate ready. It bugs me when I get to the pickup location to just stand there for a while... although they have gotten better.
