Will consider using this service again parking lot was not difficult to find & airport bus shuttles were on time with no delays.

The van picks you up and drops you off right at your car. They are great. The only thing I would do different is number each space. Paint it on the ground. That way I could take a picture of it, and make everyone take a picture. When I come back I just say I am parked in 256 and not row 2 three quarters of the way up etc. And you can get rid of all the paper you hand out every time to help people remember.

The individual helping you when you get out the vans a little aggressive kind but when I didn’t have change turned aggressive and also went to find change came ba k basically telling me I had to pay them. I didn’t appreciate the approach nor asked for help
