Company phoned to apologise very politely for delivery being 3 or 4 days late but gave a date for a few days later when it would be delivered and hey presto item arrived.

It took willo a week to post my item and they didn't respond when I e-mailed them to ask why. Then I wanted to return my item and again I got no response from willo. I then went on their website and they had deleted my account. No customer service at all and I would never buy from them again.
