We had the pleasure of dealing with Henok Aklilu. We were apprehensive moving banks, as we have been with Lloyd’s for over 40years. But he put our mind at ease, and made the switch over seamless. He had all the time to answer all questions in detail, and more importantly was readily available. We are so impressed with the service provided.

One advantage that Allica has over other banks is the ability to send documents via their Securelink; none of the hassle and expense of using Royal Mail. This proved invaluable when dealing with the estate of a deceased account holder.
