I applied for an account in October, submitted all requested documents and now 5 months later the request is still being processed.
If 5 months is not enough for the customer service to create a new account and get money from my business for which they'll earn interest and return my company just part of it, what expectations should I have once I really need their support?
Other banks have higher rates, so I probably dodged a bullet here.

My relationship manager, Agata, has been excellent since I first opened an account for one of my clients. I have now opened an account for my own practice, and will be encouraging most of my clients to do the same. And I and my clients will have the same relationship manager.
Having a bank that reponds with a human face was something we thought was a thing of the past. No longer!
