Online access to my account disappeared of the app. Several calls to the "Relationship Manager" along with emails, so far has taken 7 days and remains unable to access my own funds. Allica Bank have not told me why nor requested any information.. In the meantime as a result I am unable to operate...

Disappointed. After years with Santander I was keen to move our business banking to Allica. I called them, but was told no one was available and that they would call me back as soon as they were out of the meeting. No call. I called again the next day, was put on hold for ages. Then again told they were in a meeting and someone would get back to me. I was moving due to the promise of a more efficient and responsive service. Two attempts to move and I am not impressed. Won't be bothering. Frustrated!

Applied for business savings account for my. Compsny (trading since 1990) with strong balance sheet. They demanded six months bank statements of my 30 year sole main trading account. Company complies fully with all regulatory requirements.
considered OTT so went elsewhere without issue. Avoid the interference snd hassle
