This was my first experience with ETech mobility. Despite the fact that they were in the process of moving premises & were trying to sort things out the young man who served me was very knowledgeable & helpful. He told me what powered wheelchair would suit my needs when I explained how I would be using it & although he could have pushed me towards a more expensive one he explained that the one I was test driving was more than capable of dealing with everything I needed it to do. Unfortunately I have forgotten the young man's name!
This is the first powered wheelchair I have ever been in & it did not take me long to get used to it & the joystick. I can highly recommended this company based on my experience & I was confident that should I need guidance from ETech that they would be more than happy to help.
The wheelchair I purchased was the Freedom Pro ST. It feels sturdy & comfortable. A bit heavier than I'd hoped & i need help to lift it although my husband is able to load it himself in & out of the boot. It is very easy to fold & unfold the wheelchair & I have no problem doing that.
I would certainly not hesitate to deal with them again in the future. Many thanks E Tech.
