Very polite, honest and helpful advice on what chair to choose. Great to have so many available to look at, try out and practice loading and unloading from and into boot. Confident that the chair is future proofed with 12 month guarantee and online/phone help if ever it was needed. Chair is comfortable and responsive, don't know if I will ever be confident enough to get 5th speed choice, 3 is quick and the maximum I have tried so far.

I brought the first Voyager 185 that they had, it's ideal for the larger person and an abled bodied person can easily fold it and lift into the boot, I also brought a set of ramps just in case. I brought this chair especially for appointments and small trips out so people do not have to push me in a manual chair. I have to say it performed perfectly. I found it very comfortable and easy to sit in for long periods of time.

The remote Control works well but is more of a gimmick the only negatives I have is the wheels are a little slippy and the foot rest very slippy but I assume these will get more grip over time.

Definitely very happy with the purchase and it does the job I intended it for.

I bought an automatic folding lightweight electric wheelchair Freedom Elite AF.
This is a great company to deal with they don't overcharge for their products.
We went to many suppliers but found none that came up to Etech's standard. I ordered a lot of extras with the powered wheelchair and it still came out a lot cheaper than a standard chair at my local suppliers.
The chair we bought was delivered in two days, very well packaged. It was easy to put together. Bought for my wife, but unfortunately she has been unwell and not able to try it. However, I have tried it, and found it does a very good job, it is very comfortable and easy to operate, we bought a folding chair and it fits into my car without a problem. If I had any reservations about it it is there is no security with it, i.e. no key, so if it is parked outside a shop any one could get on and drive it away. The only thing to do to stop it is to take off the joystick control. That is easy to do.
