The delivery was very fast and the lift is brilliant as I couldn't get my scooter in and out of my car and now I can with this mobility lift. Used only once so far and hopefully it will give me a long time of service. Thanks Etech and value for money was great.

Having owned 2 previous wheelchairs of this style I was hoping that the Etech chair would be an improvement on them. My previous chairs cost differing amounts, one being slightly cheaper than the Etech and the other being more than twice the price but both had drawbacks.
The accessibility and ease of changing the batteries on the Etech was a big attraction for me as I always charge off board, and life is now a lot easier. No longer do I have to unscrew connections before unclipping the batteries while being bent double at the back of the chair. There’s also no risk of screw connections loosening off on bumpy ground with the Etech.
I had to opt for the Automatic Folding Freedom Elite due to the fact that the standard chair was currently out of stock and I've also added additional 12Ah and 20Ah batteries as I tend to have a high mileage and I'm very happy with the range I'm currently getting. The auto fold is, to me, superfluous but I'm sure others will find it useful.
The Freedom Elite is a big improvement on cambers and it's suspension is better than my other chairs. One particular camber I have to negotiate regularly used to throw my chairs off considerably and resulted in the frame of my more expensive chair being broken. I've also been near to being pushed onto roads on several occasions with the cheaper one. The Etech thankfully handles cambers with ease and it gives me confidence when using it. Slopes, of which there are many for me to negotiate in my area, are handled with ease.
Like others I've found the joystick very sensitive but I can live with that. Extras which came with the chair, the joystick light, extended fabric upholstery, remote control and a quality tool bag were a surprise and welcome additions. The underseat bag, which was also of an impressive quality is sadly redundant due to the location of the batteries. The comprehensive instruction book is impressive and will be very useful to new users especially. The brushless motors make life easier when pushing the chair manually.
Although I've no idea how long the Elite will last but my initial impressions are good. Overall I’m impressed with the service, quick deliveries and response to queries from Etech Mobility and would not hesitate in recommending the company and it's products.
