Excellent customer service from start to finish . If you are considering buying an electric wheelchair these are the people to go to . I bought the freedom pro with an extra battery . Fast delivery and when it arrived it was already set up ,all I needed to do was plug in the hand control. I went out in my new chair yesterday, it was absolutely amazing. I have been stuck in my home for years , bearly going out due to a spinal cord injury, and walking even the shortest distance was extremely painful. Yesterday in my new chair was a wow moment ! The freedom I felt was just undescribable. 5 stars from me , and more if I was able to give them . Thankyou Etech mobility for giving me a life back !

This company has been excellent from start to finish of my purchase. My wheelchair arrived when they said it would, it was packed very very well ans customer service was even more than excellent. I had trouble understanding how the wheelchair became upright, customer service sent a video also guided me through all procedures that I needed. Customer service explain procedure very very well and always say 'if there is anything else please give us a call' The service is also there when offices are closed to help and assist on anything you need. This company is excellent in everything from delivery, help and assistance. I would fully recommend them to future customers
