The Customer service and support was oustanding. I haven't experienced the level of support that I received from Etech Mobilty UK from any other UK Company in modern times. "Outstanding" is the only word for it.

I needed a new chair urgently, as Hubby broke my mobility scooter, getting it out of the car.
As we don't live far from the Birmingham salesroom, I asked if we could pop along and pick up a new wheelchair. Within 2 hours from breaking my old scooter, I had chosen my chair on-line, and was able to go along and buy it.
The sales team were pleasant and knowledgeable, and didn't try to
sell me anything I didn't want.
We stopped at at a supermarket on the way home, and it was a pleasure to put my new chair to the test. It's a lovely comfy stable chair, it feels very safe, and is pretty easy to manouvre.
Thankyou, you guys in Nechells. I'm loving my new Etech wheelchair.

Very good service. Our sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the product. As we knew what model we wanted, he did not try to talk us into buying a more expensive one, which is very refreshing. He demonstrated the wheelchair gave us time to try it out. All in all our visit was very positive.
