"Good value, friendly staff."

Quick response to questions, friendly staff. Good value, approx £800 cheaper than other sites but this is probably down to it being made in China. I went for the auto folding powerchair, please note the battery cannot be removed when folded but I was advised that it was 'difficult' to remove when folded. This is important because I am taking it abroad later this year and I needed to update the airline about this, they were happy with this but the battery has to be disconnected prior to boarding (easily done). Apart from these minor niggles I am very happy so far. I ordered the 12Ah battery version but I have yet to use the chair so I can't comment on range. The weight limit on the instructions is 150kg whereas the website states 160kg. Hope this helps.
