The buying process could not have gone more smoothly. The delivery date was almost immediate.
The chair so easy to set up, such a neat size. Everything perfect. Lovely to be mobile again.

Customer service was excellent. Wheelchair was out of stock but regular communication with Shabz and then once in he sent on next day delivery.

Frankly, Brilliant. We have had, over the years, numerous different types of powered wheelchairs and scooters. Some have been monsters to get out of the house.
I have a collection of different ramps, to assist in getting whatever machine out of the house and into the car.
We got the Freedom Pro. Excellent.
It folds up, I can wheel it out of the house , down three steps, and to the car.
Now, perhaps I wouldn’t advise anyone else to do this, but I’m a pretty big lad, and used to getting some monsters into my car. This I can pick up and easily slot it into the car.
So so much easier.
Obviously, a lot of people would use some sort of ramp, and the company advise two people to lift it, but it’s not a problem for me.
It’s manoeuvrable, a good powered wheelchair.
I also want to add, that I had an issue with losing the power cable , our own fault. Contacted the company and they sent out a replacement by the next day.
Very very happy with this wheelchair.

Amazing service and product.
Ordered the powerchair on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Easy to set up and the chair is brilliant it gets me where I need to be and good speed and range and so comfortable I'm so impressive. Will definitely use Etech Mobility again and recommend them to friends, family and anyone who will listen
