The busy kid card is easy to track purchase and load money. I can approve or deny any purchases
before my son buys an item. The option to add chores for my son, which he can check off when they are completed and then a notification is sent to me...is a helpful feature. There are alot more features as well. I really like busykid card.

"Vendor not being approved and declining transactions"

Card was declined with sufficient funds and when I inquired about it I’m told by customer service that vendor “is not compatible with BusyKid”. The vendor was Venmo. How would I know a popular vendor like Venmo would not be compatible ? On top of that we got charged for the decline..although the funds were sufficient.

"App not best"

App not most user friendly when it comes to loading directly. If you just do a transfer it splits in the different options. Also missing alot features in mobile app like set pin or resting so you have to wait on hold to talk someone which is not quick to get thru. Had issue resolved but no could tell me why card was decline though app said it was active. They would tell me it active over phone. It's a great concept just not friendly for use. Maybe after a few more months but given frequency of use makes it hard. I don't use it every day, it's a tool my kids save money on it and use maybe 1x a month.

I use this for my daughter’s daily chores and tasks. I love that I can set a zero dollar amount for expected tasks and pay her for extra jobs. It also helps her learn financial skills because she controls her own spending and sees how much her savings builds by contributing consistently over time.
