I enjoy being able to pay my child and manage the account. I would like it better if I could set his pay day. The app is not very user friendly. It separates his money how they want and then he has to deposit it to his card and await my approval. The money should go straight to the card.

I'm still new to this but I am finding it difficult to navigate to the settings for each child. There should be a way for the children to transfer funds back to the parent. Maybe there already is. Again, very new to this app.

So far things have been going okay. The kids really like having a credit card and the ability for me to put cash on their card instead of them having to carry cash.
A change I would love to have or maybe an enhancement for the system is the ability to change the allowance for the week. All I can do is approve. I can go in one chore at a time and change turn it on or off. I would like to be able to just change the allowance amount manually, especially if a kid did something extra that week that I want to reward for. Instead of doing a bonus, I want to add to the allowance I was paying and only have one transaction hit my account.

We have used this for our teenaged girls for about 2 years. We use it for allowances and to easily give them money we need them to have. It was so easy to get started with the app and cards. Any time we thought we had an issue, BusyKid was quick to respond and help us get it resolved! I would recommend this app/card for anyone!!

"This card is very confusing"

This card is very confusing. I am sure it will work when we figure it out, But it has been trial and error. My son has had his card declined multiple times due to invalid pin. One was set, but may not be the pin that is requested? Like I said we are learning by trail and error. I have read the FAQ, but doesn't really explain our situation. The icing on the cake, we are getting charged every time the pin is wrong. Our education is now coming at a price and... no one to talk to.

"WORKS LIKE A CHARM"

I have a 4 yr and nearly 3 yrs old who are motivated to do chore when THEY want. Unfortunately it's not all that often. Implementing this app they have been encouraged to do chores. My 4 yr old made $20 in the first week 😅😅 but now is still averaging $5-10 which is perfect for her. My 3 yr old is making huge progress and is starting to understand saving and spending concepts.

"Multiple Accounts"

I was having difficulty signing in to my busy kid account and the customer service agent was able to do some research and find out that ai had three different accounts which he combined into one account. I was able to log in to the main account and he also transferred the funds from the other two accounts.
