There was some recent confusion between BusyKid and the new company that they partnered with for the spend cards. Some names got switched around which caused the bank to de-activate my children's spend cards. Within one day, Cindy with BusyKid customer support helped me resolve the issue by acting as the middleman between me and Cliq. She was very responsive to each email that was sent. This was a very pleasant customer service experience.

"My son's card was charged nearly $100…"
My son's card was charged nearly $100 in fraud charges. After calling Busykid to remedy the fraudulent charges, they contracted with Cliq to investigate. Months later, Cliq sends a letter stating "we have thoroughly investigated your claim and determined that no error has occurred." We never claimed there was an "error," but rather fraud. And I'd love to know what kind of "investigation" was conducted, because we did not make 16 purchases at Apple.com. We will be canceling these cards immediately. Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company.
