Overall BusyKid seems ok. I can’t seem to adjust the pay day and it’s not as easy to navigate as I expected. I’m still learning.

Maybe I didn’t understand the guidelines but I have literally spent almost $100 put money on and they’ve taken every bit of it are y’all taking every bit of it saying it’s fees and stuff like that my children haven’t received any of the money that I put on their cards it’s crappy this card is crappy

I love this app. It is really easy for the kids to give us. And their love getting the money I would suggest this app for all my friends kids

"Never received card"

Signed up for an account on 8/31. Never received the card. Contacted customer service multiple times and finally a new card was ordered around the 18th I believe. As of today, 10/5 I still have not received the new card. I will be canceling my membership and going elsewhere. Hard to believe that 2 cards did not make it to me. I get mail everyday.

The app is a little bit tricky to figure out. It’s not real clear how you deposit money and change it in between sources. And often times there’s a fee associated with transferring money. I like how the kids are able to learn how to manage money and have access to a card, but the features of this app could be streamlined and made much easier to use. Also, the chore tracking can be confusing sometimes. Overall, I still haven’t decided whether the card is worth the time, effort, and fees it takes to manage.

Let me start by saying how thankful the staff is at BusyKid! I appreciate how prompt they were on returning my call. I highly recommend BusyKid for any parent that’s starting to enter the allowance phase in their child’s life. The format is easy and simple to understand and use for anyone even simple for the child. I love the feature options. I honestly think every parent should use busy kid when teaching their kids how to develop their financial skills. It’s helped my son gain a great sense financial responsibility. Thank you to everyone at BusyKid! I wouldn’t change a thing.

"Think it's kinda shady I get charged…"

Think it's kinda shady I get charged for the account before I even received the debit card to use. Still have yet to get the card I ordered over a month ago for my son soo...what's the deal?? I mean $4-$5 a month isn't expensive I'm just not into wasting money for a service I'm not receiving and/or using.
