"Held up momey"

I've repeatedly contacted customer service about adding a funding source but two dozen or so emails later I still have the same issue so now busy kids is saying I owe hundreds of dollars and froze my kids freaking allowance. Why anybody would use this app idk

Outstanding customer service. We had lost track of an account that was being auto-debited for years, and I thought I would have a lot of trouble getting our money back, but customer service was RIGHT on it and refunded us right away and did everything we asked the SAME DAY. Thanks a million, Cindy! We will definitely consider using this app again with the expectation of such great service.

I waited almost 6-8 weeks for my sons card due to card being sent back for whatever reason then when I asked if it could be expedited I was told it would be a 50$ charge so I decided to cancel but my son wanted his card after waiting so long so I asked for account to be reinstated against my better judgement then in the matter of 2 days charges went from 3.99 a month to 50$ annually when actually i should’ve just been grandfathered into the original plan I had ! I did not enjoy my experience at all and it was short lived customer service reps seem very short when a customer is not happy

Great updates to investment section! Easy Banking, Chores, payments to kids. All around great app. Price is very reasonable for everything it does, especially compared to other fiduciary accounts.

"Good tool to teach kids money habits"

To encourage my kids to do chores and to teach them financial responsibility, we established a BusyKid account when they were 7 and 10. The kids loved that they could see their chores and how much money they earned. They also liked being able to select charities to donate and buying stocks in companies that they knew. Three years later, the kids are on autopilot with chores and have learned good saving and sharing habits. Thank you for the tool.
