"It took 2 months to receive the card"

It took 2 months to receive the card. I had to escalate the situation to a manager to get help. They take the allowance money out of my bank account on Monday but do not pay it until Friday. It used to come out on Wednesdays and that was reasonable. What do they do with it for 4 days? The kids love having a credit card and the various options to save, spend, invest, and donate. Some online vendors do not accept it.

I wish BK were set up more like a typical bank account, which would prepare kis for that transition.
I tried to set up the Investment account. Had to unfreeze my status with the big 3 bureaus but BK didn't get it set up in the 3 days my status was unfrozen so I'll have to do it again.
This all may be due to the BK learning curve so there's that. I'm only marginally happy with the app.
I'll add that the customer service response is phenomenal!

I have had this app for around 3 years now andy daughter like e the easy it displays everything in her $$ account. I have also set up extra things she can do for cash

I love the ease of use and clear communication it allows me and the kids. The card is always accurate and I like getting notifications of what they spend.
