I like how I can instantly transfer money to my sons card. I don't like how his grandma has to pay a fee on order to load money on his card!

There wasn't a person available when I called in for support but then I noticed the chat icon on the website. Within a minute I had someone helping with my login issues. A quick hold to involve tech support and voila... Everything is now functioning and my family can access via their apps. Well done.

It is a debit card that won’t take a pin and gets denied when money is there then get a fee for trying to run it again when you know money is there.

The app is a little confusing and I don't like how it automatically takes out the allowance off my bank card and it was a bit pricey to start and there is a fee for everytime I want to put money on their card. It's just a little much. I think I'm gonna wait until they are 13 and get them a monitored cashapp card for free from my account. Seems much easier and less complicated.

Not being clear about annual cost. Making it hard to contact customer service effectively. Hard to cancel the service. Providing an at best untransparent service to both kids and parents. I had high hopes but am very disappointed

Easy to use and control my kids allowance, saving and investing. Allows my kids independence and a guaranteed way to always have money on them.

Customer service is nice but the platform isn’t as intuitive as it can be. The pin often gets confusing for my kids… there is one for the app and one for the card. Should be the same.
