Great customer service!

My order arrived in time, however it did not fit right, the return process was so simple and easy. I also needed to contact the store a few times woth questions prior to ordering, they always responded within 24hrs. I have now recieved my refund within a week of returning the outfit.

"Low quality …"

Wasn’t going by to leave a review but have been sent automated emails numerous times now to leave one.

Saw them advertised on FB and decided to order an outfit.

I stupidly washed it before checking it over and then noticed a tear in the trousers. Yes it may have happened while washing but that to me shows low quality stitching, considering one wash did that and it hadn’t even been worn.

They offered a £5 refund as they couldn’t accept a return as it was washed but I refused it.

I have been shopping with memsaab since covid started and I am never disappointed as the quality and designs are amazing there.
The selection of brands they offer is very good and genuine.

From start to finish the Memsaab team were truly fantastic ! I first DM’d on Instagram and the response was supportive and helpful. They even sent me a video on what’s app about the dress I inquired about . I then visited them at their boutique in Luton they went above and beyond they gave me such an experience I think every woman deserves to have . The lady was polite and attentive didn’t rush me and made sure I had multiple options ranging in prices and meeting my requirements. They kindly altered the dress to fit me and even posted it to my door weeks before I needed the dress ! Finally I forgot to claim back my £10 deposit when leaving the store literally 10 mins later a kind gentleman called me to let me know I’d forgotten but they are able to send it to my account ! Honest people ! I wish them all the success .
