My and my family went down to Luton to get outfits for a wedding. Smena was amazing helping us out and giving us all individually unique outfits. Such a lovely experience, would definitely recommend as they will look after you there!

Brought to outfits wanted to return one, so I did I paid delivery and got postage label and returned. After receiving they decide to give me store credits which I did not want.

When they refund they decide to steal £1.50 as profit. When they send me out fits, both outfits bags were ripped and sent like animals had sent to me. Unprofessional and thieves. I would stay away unless you happy for them to steal your money from refund and then provide to you in a horrible condition.
