I recently visited Memsaab and I have to say, the owner Smena is incredibly nice! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and you can even come to the warehouse to collect the clothes, which is a great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience enjoyable. The quality of the materials is outstanding; you can really tell they put a lot of thought into what they offer. I highly recommend everyone to check it out – you won't be disappointed! The variety of styles and the attention to detail in each piece are just amazing. Don't miss out on this gem!

Great service...delivery was great and delivered within my time frame as I was let down previously by a different company however Memsaab messaged me throughout the process and kept me updated about my pre order. Very happy with the final product and can’t wait to wear it. Would always recommend they never let me down

I placed an order for 4 suits. The delivery was quick, however I ordered 2 gharara suits with painted duppatas one of the suit the duppata was different from what was shown on the website and i wanted to exchange another suit because the sizes where not correct. I emailed them stright away I didn't recieved no reply back. So I sent a
WhatsApp message with the picture but
no reply. went on the website to book a return but I couldn't because the suits I bought where on sale so couldn't be returned. This was my first time ordering from them and honestly the customer service has let me down. What I don't understand is why we can't return items that are on sale which are not worn and still have labels on.
