Having tried to sell with Another agent to no avail, we contacted Anthony who immediately placed the house on the market that day and viewings were booked in thick and fast! We were selling the property on behalf of our father and did not live in the area. The property was not occupied.From instruction through to completion BB&J Belper were kind, thoughtful and helpful. They altered the thermostat when temperatures fell and accompanied other health officers collecting items that were no longer required as we were too far away. We were informed of all viewings and kept up to date during negotiations. Very professional.
