My experience has been great! A man named Terrell greeted me as soon as I entered the parking lot and got my repairs on the way immediately. He was also very kind and helpful during the whole process! I would absolutely recommend coming to the Concord location on Derita road, it was a pleasure visiting them!

Set an appointment, arrived on time JUST to not get checked in. Finally some man came to ask had I been helped … signed me in & 45 minutes after waiting , I had to leave without any work done. So upsetting. I thought this was a professional business… not ! 0 stars.

Thank you for a friendly quick affordable experience at the Koger Center Blvd location. My daughter needed her tire pressure check and noticed the free tire pressure check sign. The staff was helpful, efficient and friendly. Since my daughter had such a positive experience, when I need tire assistance I scheduled an appt and was very pleased with the service as well.
