They offer very good customer service plus give you access to a free library of pre-packaged customizations/extensions for SugarCRM... They're very useful extensions, too. To my knowledge, nobody else offers this. In the times I've had to reach out to them for questions or support, they have been very quick to respond and exceptionally helpful. I would strongly recommend them over others.
