"Never use them"

Never use them. They charge you without a receipt and refuse to delete my information after cancelled my account. Bill recurring for two months after I cancelled my account. Q&A page is different from the panel. Online chatting service is a waste of time.

"These guys are not anonymous at all"

These guys are not anonymous at all. After a hour of usage they locked my account and started to ask following questions: where am I from? What is my credit card last 4 digits? At what time did I register with them? And if you don't agree to answer, they simply block you access to VPN, they don't care what you think about that. For sure, this VPN exists just to spy for you, it is not anonymous and it asks even more details about you than they see already from theirs logs.

"There in NO customer service"

I don't want to dive into what was a problem with VyprVPN at all. Simply because VyprVPN uses bots not people as a customer service. That means that I've exchanged 10-15 emails over the time with them and got ALWAYS the same answers. Their emails NEVER ADDRESSED ANY MY QUESTIONS.

I thought that they have a pick on me because over the time I got angry and told them that they are a very bad customer service. Then tried different emails, even asked 2 friends to find out certain things - we all got same replies.

I tried a few other VPN providers and VyprVPN doesn't stand out. I use now ExpressVPN which works good and reliable.

At the end, maybe it's a one man show... Who knows. Stay away from these bots.

"Für die Mülltonne!"

Hoch Bewerten kann man diesen Schrott auf Android nicht und der beste Tester ist der Kunde!Wir sind ganz ehrlich,Vypr ist der reinste Schrott auf der Erde und hört nicht auf Lobbiyisten Webseiten!Verbindungsaufbau am Abend oder Wochenende auf den Marschallinseln eher möglich wie in Frankfurt ,wo der Serverstandort ist.Aber schlimmer der häufige Verbindungsabbruch ,der völlig an die Nerven geht und die Funktionen kannst du vergessen alles Schnickschnack!Absurd so was als gut zu bewerten und der Support in den USA kann dir auch nicht helfen.Vypr ist kein Schweizer Unternehmen sondern ein US Unternehmen ,welches von einem Grossen US Konzern aufgekauft wurde!

"Very unsatisfied with their attitude to …"

Very unsatisfied with their attitude to customer. I was charged higher amount for their service so I asked for refund or to get difference back. They refunded me back with no questions, although I have still not received money. I tried to order it once again using the offer they made themselves 60 USD for first year but my order was flagged for inspection because they suspected that my payment method was fraud. So I have gave them all details to check my payment and then I was given an answer that they will not offer me their service anymore. I tried it again using different method with same result. When asked again why they are refusing to give me access to the service they just unprofessionally told me again that they will not offer me their service anymore and my account was locked. Also when speaking with their customer service using Live Chat, staff just rudely closed conversation when asked for a reason. I guess they flag IPs of customers they do not want to serve. Such a unprofessional behavior like this was my worst experience I have ever had.

"Stay away or you'll regret it."

Golden Frog is a very rude company.
I downloaded the software and "for security" was asked to mail back the name of the town I live in, which is in Denmark, not exactly the worst fraud country in the world.
Then I got the message, that they were “unable to offer me service at this time”
Then I asked “ what’s the problem” and was told “ we already closed your account”
I never got to use Golden Frog for one second, and never got any explanation why.
Golden Frogs customer service is outdated with around 50 years. Stay away.

"This company is a BAD JOKE"

I bought a VPN line and asked questions about he security and privacy, and ended up with a suspended account, without any explanation. This is really unserious.

"VPN for this provider must be translated:"

Very Poor Network - read the legal documents and the real honest feedback for the Company. They log all your traffic and acts as police / spy´s and will even forward your data and usage to any third part of their choice. This company is a very bad bad joke, and are perhaps the worst Company regarding privacy and security, I have ever heard of. I work as a CIO.

"Speed throttling at play"

Over rated. over priced. Good alternatives available at much reasonable prices.
No DNS leaks. Uses their own DNS servers, software and apps good but only drawback is the speeds are consistently throttled. Never getting more than 4 MBPS on any server. Claims unlimited - no throttling speeds on the website and clearly fails to deliver even at their high prices.
