"Do not do business with these peiple"

They are the internet police, you are more safe without them, they log, and share any information at their choice. furthermore the so called support is a joke, and they are very rude, strange they are still having custumers.

I have just been evaluating this compays legal documents, and it is clear, that they log everything and will forward this information to any third part of their choice without any compliance process first, to evaluate the claim - I surpose. They will even forward informations to any private person or company I surpose.... They are even worse than Microsoft (part of Prism) and other US companies - and the company is based in Europe - I surpose. So my advice to anyone carring about privacy: behave well on the net and use no vpn from goldenfrog, or use a real vpn service.

I have had some bad experiances with them. They are "decetives" and !windows wathers" and log my internet traffic, so in reality, you are better os without this service regarding privacy, because my isp do log yes, but they do not snoop around without any le request. So if you care about your privacy - do not use this service, you are more private without it i think.

"Couldn't terminate subscription -- took money anyway"

To use the "Testphase" you have to link your Paypal Account. Money will be taken after the test period. After one day, I decided to cancel the service and clicked on something like "Disable Service". After that this Option was gone, so I assumed I wasn't a customer anymore. So after a few days paypal told me, they took money for a monthly subscription.
I contacted the support and all they told was that they are sorry that I don't want to use their service and they don't refund money "under any circumstances". On the question why my account wasn't terminated after using the option designated for that, there didn't came a response.

Only good thing is, the support is quite fast.
