1: Der Betrug mit der Summe in Euro und dann in GPB zu buchen, scheint standard zu sein
2: Einfach nur noch Müll, die Server!
3: Egal was ist, es liegt nie an deren Server, sondern immer an meinem Internetanbieter.

Damals dachte ich, dass man mit einem Unternehmen aus der Schweiz ja nichts falsch machen kann, wenn es denn ein Unternehmen aus der Schweiz wäre, was es nicht ist!

Ich habe aktuell ein 3 Jahres Abo und davor hatte ich ein 2 Jahres Abo.
In den letzten 1 1/2 Jahren, sind die Server einfach nur noch immer schlechter geworden.
Früher hatte ich immer wenigstens mindestens 50% meiner Anschlussbandbreite (50K Leitung)
Jetzt, nur noch ständig abbrüche, ständig nur ~3 Mbits Download, ständig Meldungen von z.b Youtube, dass man offline sei.
TV gucken kann man auch nicht, weil die Verbindung so schlecht ist, dass das Buffern nicht funktioniert und das Bild immer stockt.

Was bin ich froh, dass mein Abo Ende des Jahres ausläuft!
Den technischen Support, der in Indien oder so sitzt, kannst auch in der Pfeife rauchen.
Keiner weiß was, keiner kann was, keiner darf was und man bekommt nur fertige Textbausteine als Antworten.
Ob man nun ein Ticket öffnet, oder irgendwo fällt ein Sack Reis um. Da kann man auch direkt ein Gespräch mit der Tapete anfangen!

Die Verbindungen zu den VPN Servern sind von sehr häufigen Ausfällen betroffen, welche immer nur ein paar Sekunden andauern. Hat man nicht den Kill-Switch aktiviert oder andere Maßnahmen getroffen, leakt man seine richtige IP-Adresse mehrmals die Stunde an die Website oder den Service, den man nutzen wollte, ohne es zu merken. Das Video Streams und Downloads dabei jedes Mal abbrechen ist natürlich klar.

Bedenkt man das falsche Gefühl der Privatsphäre, das dadurch entsteht, ist es wohl gefährlicher VyprVPN zu benutzen, als gar keinen VPN zu benutzen.

Der Support antwortet selbst auf technisch fundierte Analysen, Logs und Screenshots nur mit Floskeln und schließt alle Support Tickets wegen angeblicher nicht Meldung auf Rückfragen - egal wie viele Antworten man auf das Ticket schickt.

Als ich den Vertrag mit GoldenFrog (VyprVPN) abgeschlossen habe, war der Firmensitz noch in der Schweiz, welcher jetzt aber in den USA ist. Ein Verkauf/Fusion/Verlegung, über die die Kunden nicht informiert wurden. Bei einem amerikanischen Unternehmen darauf zu vertrauen, das ihre Daten nicht weitergegeben werden ist wie an den Weihnachtsmann zu glauben.

Ich habe VyprVPN mehrere Jahre benutzt, von 2021 bis 2023.
Die ersten zwei Jahre ging alles ganz gut. Die Verbindungen waren soweit stabil und die Geschwindigkeit war auch in Ordnung. Der Support antworte in Problemfällen noch auf Deutsch und ging auf Fragen ein - aber das ist alles vorbei. Habe gekündigt und werde wegen dieser massiven Probleme noch vor Ende der Vertragslaufzeit zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln.

So, May 12, 2021 + 30 months = November 12, 2023

Got a mail some days ago that they couldn't charge me.

So, if the subscription lasts until November, why try to charge me after 25 months?

Scammers! I purchased the "VyprVPN Premium 1 Month" subscription which was covered with the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Since their VPN service was a rubbish, I cancelled it in a few days, hoping that I would get a refund, however I just found out that they haven't refunded it. I contacted them via their online support and found out that "unfortunately cancellation will not initiate refund" and I had to ask them if I really want to get refunded. After the long chat, they told me that refund was initiated, but I didn't get any confirmation email. Finally I reported the PayPal transaction and I am sure I will get refund, but if I had paid directly from their website - I would get scammed certainly!

Wie so immer gibt es zwei Lager - das der zufriedenen und das der unzufriedenen Kunden. Ich selbst nutze jetzt seit einigen Monaten VyprVPN und kann nur sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin. Funktioniert alles so wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Den Support musste ich bisher nicht in Anspruch nehmen.

I signed in to test if the vyp worked and I entered my credit card details. I wanted to watch Netflix from another country and it didn´t work that is why I asked for the refund and they said they were going to sent it to paypal and I am still waiting my paypal balance has not changed and I think they stole my money and lied

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I bought a new premium subscription few weeks ago because I had to renew it. However because of Paypal's automatic renewal I was also charged the amount from last year today. I contacted support (someone named Rayden) and I asked for refund on the transaction that was mistakenly charged from the Paypal's automatic renewal... instead they refunded the transaction from few weeks ago and cancelled my subscription, while the one from the automatic renewal still isn't refunded.

They are robbers. They are stealing my money since 2021, I stopped subscribing by removing my credit card from the payment method. and also i received this email " Your subscription has expired.
We're having trouble processing your payment of $12.95 using Unknown⋯."

Because I removed my credit card details from my account. But until today they still charging my credit card and guess what? my credit card details are still there! attached to my account!

I never received any invoice to my email since then, since I removed my credit card. but they still charging my credit card!
Be careful this company is a robber, they are able to restore their customer so the service will continue and the customer won't notice that!
