Installé depuis plus d'une semaine je suis déçu, le premier jour j'ai eu des geeks et depuis plus rien du tout pourquoi ???

Utilisateur ayant souscrit a la formule payante en Avril 2017. A ce moment la, c'etait une des seules solutions qui fonctionnait en Chine. Je decide d'arreter apres deux mois (fin de mon voyage) et soumets ma demande en Mai 2017 (car formule sans engagement). J'ai ete debite tous les mois jusqu'a Janvier 2019, et ce malgre mes (nombreuses) relances d'annulation d'abonnement et de remboursement. Je n'ai d'ailleurs pas utilise le VPN durant cette periode.
Oui vous avez bien compris : J'ai ete facture 1 an et demi pour un service que je n'utilisais pas et auquel j'ai clairement soumis resiliation.
Et pour info la seule raison pour laquelle les debits ont cesse est l'expiration de ma CB...

Weder per Visa, noch mit PayPal.
Immer wieder Fehlermeldungen beim Bezahlvorgang im Hotfrog Fenster, Hotline ist überhaupt keine Hilfe.
$ Stunden vertrödelt, echt Schade um meine Zeit.
Und als Knaller wurden mir bei 2 Versuchen mit Visa auch noch jeweils 1 Euro abgebucht.
So ein Saftladen!
Überhaupt, diese komplette Abo-Kiste klingt für mich nach 90ern und Jamba Klingeltönen.
Äusserst unseriös...
Und Tschüss, gibt ja noch andere Anbieter.

"Extremely bad VPN"

Extremely bad VPN, disconnects everytime after 6 hours which makes the whole VPN pointless servers are decent but this makes it unusable.

"Cancellation of Service and Auto Pay is Nearly Impossible"

Vypr VPN performance was degrading and intermittent/ unusable in China, so I elected to go to Express VPN which has been flawless. Been with about 5 companies over the years and I highly recommend Express VPN.

In 2019, I tried to cancel the Vypr service and auto pay. I could not find the online cancellation method; it was buried somewhere on their "two different website shell game" platforms (how convenient). So I sent a cancellation email to support. Two days later they sent me an "aw come on, do you really want to cancel" email. I was infuriated at this point and demanded immediate cancellation without further dialogue and a refund. I assumed at that point that my demand would be met but---Two more days passed and they sent another email asking me for the last four numbers of my credit card (which they obviously had on file because they were still billing for a service that was not functional). I found that third 2019 email in 2020 when they charged my credit card AGAIN! They billed to an old credit card that I put in the dormant card file, and I was notified by my credit card company that their $99.99 charge to my old card had acquired two months of late fees (now $172).

Back and forth with Vypr customer support again 10 times, trying to get them to do the right thing and refund both 2019 and 2020. For the 2019 refund, they tried peddling some crap about how their card processor could not process a refund, they have limited resources to answer support questions in a timely fashion, their third request for my credit card number was for verification and my protection. In fact, they were doing all they could to avoid processing the cancellation and continue their fraudulent charging policy (for my protection, yeah right). I went back to the credit card company and filed a fraudulent charge report for the 2020 charge, and after it was honored, I contacted them again and said "hey, by the way they also charged me in 2019". The credit card company refunded a total of $272- two years of unauthorized Vypr charges and late fees. They also changed my card number so I don't ever have to worry about Vypr again. DON'T DO IT!!

Interesting that there are other reviews that report the same issue as I have. Also interesting that the credit card company refunded my money immediately without going through an extended dispute review process. Also interesting the the credit card company immediately recommended that I change my card number. Vypr must have quite the history of auto pay fraud for my credit card company to react so quickly.

Ich habe mich während der Testphase mit den Funktionen vertraut gemacht und bin von VyprVPN überzeugt.
Da für die nächsten Monate keine Auslandreisen anstehen, habe ich das Abonnement via Live-Chat gekündigt und meine Vorauszahlung innerhalb weniger Stunden auf die Kreditkarte zurückgebucht bekommen.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS - VyprVPN = SCAM"

Abysmal, this company is a SCAM, Avoid at all costs.
They lock your account even if you have remaining time, if there is any problem with your payment.
I have 11 months remaining and they blocked my account because they couldn't charge my card.

*UPDATE: I have a prepaid 12 month program active in my account, which they blocked, and after contacting support they claim "i changed my plan" which i never did and they are trying to charge more money.

Your support is also terrible. What i was really expecting?

"Great VPN Service with Affordable Price for Thailand"

I'm very happy to use VyprVPN.

It's provided me a very fast and stable connection (with P2P supported). Although a bit sad that Thailand's location is a virtual server (it looks like they are using Singapore IDC for Thailand location).

Anyway, it's still great as the speed and latency is still low :)

I also love their application that looks the same and modern across all devices I had. (macOS, iOS, and Android TV).

Sad again that "Connection Per App" feature is only available on macOS and Android. I don't know why they not going to implement it across the platform too.

Their customer supports are nice, I try to talk with them often with many questions in mind and they handle them nicely no one looks angry to me :P

Overall experience is great (until now), let me put 5/5 for this review and will be back to update if I've experienced bad things that they could not resolved.
