"Я оформила подписку 18 ноября 2021"

Я оформила подписку 18 ноября 2021, тогда сайт и поддержка работали, открывались все страницы. Сейчас только стартовая и несколько страниц сайта можно открыть. *в том числе по ссылкам, которые есть в ответах ниже. Не нажимается(!) кнопка для связи с поддержкой, не могу залогиниться ни в приложении(стоит последняя версия) ни с компьютера. У нас теперь доступ как в Китае?

Had for a few mths now. Software is terrible. Keeps blocking internet access and showing "Disconnecting" for half an hour. Have to keep resetting computer to get online. Very slow download. Drops from 55mbps when not running to 3.7mbps when active. Ping time to fastest server is at 347ms. Had much better service with Surfshark both in connection and speed and better software. I would not recommend to other UK users. Very disappointed.

Es handelt sich um ein US- Unternehmen mit einer Briefkastenfirma in der Schweiz- soviel zur Datensicherheit^^.
Ich hatte ein 3- Jahresabo für 50 Euro abgeschlossen.
Abgebucht wurden 64,34€ + 59,57€.
Support versicherte mir es sei ein Fehler - ok Fehler passieren. Nach ein paar weiteren Nachfragen, bis auf die 50€, alles wieder erstattet.
Heute dann Nachricht vom Support das mein Konto gesperrt ist, weil ich nicht bezahlt habe...
Support meinte, sei wieder ein Fehler, mal sehn was nun passiert.
Support gibt es übrigens nur in englischer Sprache, bzw. Deutsch nur durch Dr. Google - und was dabei so rauskommt, ist das einzige, was mich beim Geschreibe mit denen nicht auf 180 gebracht hat.

5 Sterne würde ich nur geben, wenn ich bei der Server Auswahl auch "immer" das Land bekomme das es sein sollte.

Zuoft habe ich zum Beispiel Österreich "getaggte" Server die aber USA IP's benutzen.

Reconnect hilft in dem Fall, kann aber nerven, wenn mal 5-10 danach ebenfalls so sind.

Geschwindigkeiten sind mehr aus ausreichend und auch der Ping "spielt" immer mit.

As with previous reviews, the 2 month offer of €10,83 was charged in GBP.
The actual amount I have been charged is €12,93.
I've reverted the transaction, as it's not what I agreed to.
Looking at the other reviews, this "billing issue" has been going on since at least June and the only 1-star review replied to is one that mentioned contacting a consumer rights organisation.
I will do the same if my money is not refunded within 7 business days.

they write an invoice in 54 EURO, but charge 54 GBP

support asks for proof of charge, as if they could not see there incoming transfers and as if this would be an exception and never happend before .....

They charged me £10.85 instead of 10.85 Euro, then when I requested to cancel under their 30 day refund guarantee, due to the billing error and poor service they have said it is not possible until some data issue is resolved. This dates back 3 months in my case. I see they have been using the same excuse for a long time now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I will be contacting my credit card company informing them of the fraud, and ask for them to get a refund directly from their bank.

I was falsely billed for GBP currency instead of EUR for one year's costs.
In addition, previous invoices were deleted and substituted by a fictitious invoice from another country.
My repeated requests to correct the errors resulted in long replies and excuses like "latest migration of billing platform" and promises to refund the excess amount charged, but now 3 months later they have still not refunded.
This looks like fraud to me-- or they simply don't give a sh/t. An honest company would have refunded the overcharge immediately. I will not be using this VPN any more.

They scammed me 60.20€, and when I ask them to refund it to me they say they are having problems with their billing team, they said that for 2 months and it’s obviously a lie. DO NOT BUY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

ARNAQUE, j'ai pris un abonnement à 50€ que j'ai résilié dès le lendemain ce qui était possible puisque la garantie était de 30 jours. J'ai été débité de 50GBP!! soit 59€ + les frais de change alors que la facture est bien de 50€. Et malgré mes multiples réclamations ils ne me remboursent pas depuis le 7/08/2021 !!
