I have used Plans Xpress for a few years now after moving from AutoCAD lite. Originally I was drawn to HBXL for the multiple tool plug ins and bought PlansXpress and EstimatorXpress which was a great time saving tool as long as you input all the details into PlansXpress. A change of circumstances meant I didn't need the additional tools, but will be sticking with PlansXpress. Training and support is first class and I would happily recommended HBXL building software.

Joe and the team have been nothing but helpful and service is first class. We use the PlansXpress program and can' fault it! Not to mention its a milliontimes easier to use than AutoCAD

"Great Software, and more Importantly great support anytime you need it"

I've personally had a few teething problems with the software. Mainly to do with the platform that the software runs on. Which is not entirely in their control.

However the customer service has been excellent. The technical support guys are always on hand, and are more than happy to hold your hand and walk you through any problem.

I predominately use Estimator Express. Its definitely one of the better estimating packages I've used. It took me a little while to get all my rates setup the way I want. Now I can do an estimate very quickly, and output a professional looking report.

The new standalone version of Estimator Express has only just been released. Hopefully it should resolve all the teething problems I've been having. I'm really looking forward to using it.

I would highly recommend anyone who's involved in estimating construction work to invest in Estimator Express. It will almost certainly make your life easier, and save you a lot of time.

I would recommend HBXL to anyone, the quotation that it gives out keeps me in front of my competitors.
I get more work because of the quotation it brakes all the work down and the clients love it.
Also the back up from customer care team is the best, they will sort out any problems with a friendly customer service that makes me happy.
Would i tell recommend HBXL. YES YES YES.

"Long time user..."

I've been using the software for years and found it's integration between the suites to be almost seamless with the ability to review, adjust and tailor to the individual job requirements.
And it doesn't end there....the after sales backup & help desk is probably the best service you'll get, nothing is ever a real problem for the technical team they really know their product inside out and are a pleasure to deal with and talk to.
