"Barely lasted 2 years - what a waste"

I was given a pair of these boots just over 2 years ago and the rubber has disintegrated everywhere (not just cracking on the seams). The boots were stored upright under cover and had no reason to perish. The company has refused to replace them as they are now out of guarantee. I still have a pair of Hunter boots which I bought in 1978 which are in prefect condition. I deeply regret buying boots that barely last two years and am very disappointed in the inflexibility of customer service.

The boots are great, however i have had both tassels fall off, one has been replaced, I need another replacement. I try to remember each time I put them on to tighgten the fastenings on the tassels each time,
