Ordered size 5 welly boots for my wife's birthday. Opened the box and they were size 4! Online replacement process was not quite operational so had to call the helpline. Laura answered, was very understanding and apologetic, and sorted everything out. Great product, execution not so good but great customer care salvaged the situation! Thank you Laura.

These are such lovely comfortable and warm boots. They're making muddy dog walks a much more pleasant experience. They are very slightly tricky to pull off because they fit so well around the ankle. But overall 99.9% recommended and worth the price.
