I ordered a pair of women's Verizonord boots in size 9 because I have narrow calves and I noticed that in size 8 they have nice slim calves. When they came and I tried them on I may as well have put buckets on my feet. Even when pulled in as tight as possible I could still get my hand down the side of my calf.

It seems to me that they actually sent the men's style re-labled as women's as they more closely resembled the pictures of the men's styles in the catalogue. They were shorter and had a wider calf than the women's style.

There would have got a 1 star review had it not been for the helpfulness of the customer service rep!

Thank you Laura for replying so quickly. As stated the Boots are amazing as always. It was the delivery company. The delivery man stood at my door and then walked away. I saw this on my camera. He left before I got to the door. He then said reason for not delivering was “ Address not found”
I rebooked for next day from a pick up point, but again not delivered until a day after that.
