You had A wonderful customer service agent on the phone. I didn’t catch her name. But I home she gets some good feedback. I had to purchase your boots from another company as you didn’t have my size they didn’t fit. I then ordered a pair online from yourselves in a different size and they still didn’t fit. I called the agent and explained And she talked me through the return process. She also insured they had a discount code to cover the £18 postage. I had to pay for the other website to send them back. I ended up getting Boots from yourselves which fit me perfectly (I did have to go for men’s to fit my calves) She was so understanding and so helpful A real credit to your business x

Well made. Great lining. Grippy sole but could be stiffer - instep is much better than others, but I would prefer the entire sole to be stiffer for more walking comfort. Great boot for cold water work especially if you wear 2 socks. Boot holds well even when you allow space for extra thick socks. Legs are just right - snug but you can still extract feet well enough. Expensive but good quick service and a rare experience to have a comfy warm welly for difficult work or long walks.
