Excellent customer service.

My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Sadly they didn’t fit so I had to return the wellies. Return was very easy and the company communicated well along the way and my refund was back in my account in a couple of days.

Item was put into a plastic bag with no protective wrapping around it, paper wrapping could be used inside the bag to offer protection, this could then be recycled

This is my second pair of Viezonord Neoprene boots after having had the first pair for over 10yrs and they developed a leak , not bad going for well used boots . Very small issue of that I got small blisters on my heals after wearing new boots for the first time but I did walk 2 mile in them so probably should have gently worn the boots in

Terrible. I’m shocked at the quality for such a large amount of money. They arrived with the tag pierced through the rubber (why would you do that), and caused a split. Both boots were not sealed properly at the toes. They are not all made in France anymore, mine weren’t. I was offered a 20% discount to reorder. I already had a 20% discount and still wasn’t worth the £160. Such a shame because they purport quality and excellence on the website with many years of tradition and experience but seemingly have now taken a cheaper route with cheaper materials and craft.
