Additionally, Sparrow goes beyond and investigates people's tastes, eating habits, desired house rules, and likes and dislikes, highlighting the compatibility between landlords and tenants. I believe this is as important as the price when looking for a home. Sparrow understands these factors well and effectively communicates them to its users.

The homepage UI is simple and clean, which is pleasing to the eye. I found it easy to communicate with the owner in real-time as Sparrow would email me whenever there was a direct message. The agent assigned to me by Sparrow was very friendly and considerate, especially considering my non-Canadian status. In the end, the contract was successful, and I was assured that I would be able to keep my room. I am highly satisfied with the range of services provided by Sparrow and would gladly recommend them to others.
