The email from CARP with a Profile of Sparrow seemed to come from above, as I was in trouble and had been to trusting with persons who rented my late Sister's room. Now here was a lifeline!!! I checked the Company out on LinkedIn and was impressed...I got intouch and the next 3 weeks I found myself in good hands. Yes there were disappointments, but not due to Sparrow Oren Singer .Owner or Co Owner of Sparrow spent a great deal of time working on my behalf..Always available either by phone or email. Knowing my situation and possibly my age 80yrs...he went beyond the call of duty!!! Success!!! I have rented the room The Contract is thorough and covers every eventually. What makes it better is the cost. Generally, a real estate agent would charge you a month's rent plus HST for these services.
