Do with my recent experience with Sparrow, can tell that my experience with them from the begging to the end the process was conduct with transparence and clear information. Staff very polite and Cortes. Got all information I need before rent my bedroom. Couple days after go call from people looking for the room, to be rent, and Room was gone and take from a room mate.

I was a bit hesitant to use the service, but was so glad I did. I applied online and was able to book an appointment to speak with Oren to talk through what my needs were and the housemate I was looking for. The process was very transparent and professional. They matched me very quickly and from all indications it was a good match (even though still early days). During the process I express one concern, which was immediately addressed. I have already recommended this service to my friends.

Sparrow proved to be a reliable company despite all my doubts at the beginning. Finding the right match was done with much patience and communication back and forth from landlord to tenant by Sparrow to make sure everyone is happy. The drafting of lease was concise and done in a professional manner. The only downside for me is the GST (ON) adds a big chunk of money to the 5% total in addition to internet, cable and utilities that I will be providing the tenant. So for the first month, a little fraction is left for me.
