Sparrow found us renters for our basement apartment in a very short time and they appear to be very appropriate for us. We are very happy with this.
We had some challenges with the wording on the standard contract, but this was resolved and agreed to by all parties.
My husband was also not happy with his electronic signature.
However, overall we were very satisfied with Sparrow's services and would certainly recommend them if you are looking to rent out a unit.
