"This is the worst letting company I've…"

This is the worst letting company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Completely unprofessional, careless, and send fake invoices to try and scam money out of you. No one seems to know what they are doing, and I don't know how they are still in business. Avoid if you can!

They are a bad estate agent. If you get a flat thats fine and everything works then all good. God have mercy if you need anything addressed/resolved

Lived in this Place for almost two years. poor management. if any problems - slow to resolve. when departing had trouble receiving my deposit back even when agreed some things between hr and I - they try to reclaimed it back and tried to ask me for the money. ridiculous. apartment for BRNS on main road therefore noisey.

"Prompt and excellent customer service"

Lina was excellent in everyway! Prompt response, tries to get you the best deals! Apologises if delayed and she just finds ways to make the process seamless. So far! Seems good, also immama the maintenance is very responsive to speak to. Thanks everyone. I have read some bad reviews about deposit refunds, I can’t speak on that as I am yet to seek for one. Overall great so far. Bolu

"THE WORST"

THE WORST.
Unreliable, slow, poor customer service, greedy and all they care about is money! The flat I am in (in Edgware) is also poorly built with thin walls and easily breakable facilities. They never get back to you on your queries and are rude when you call them.
Do not rent with them if you want stress-free living.

"Awful management company"

Awful management company. Some senior members of the letting team are rude and do not deliver on promises. If you want problems with your property, lack of resolution, broken promises and poor communication these are your guys. Avoid at all costs

"Un professional agency"

They are very eager in collecting rent but very lethargic and unprofessional in deposit refund. Its been 5 months I have moved out of the property we have agreed on the refund amount but still no refund. When I email most of the times there is no response.

"Stay away this is really not worth it!"

BRNS are absolutely terrible at their job and we have had nothing but problems with them for the duration of our tenancy. Hardly anyone in this company knows what laws they are required to comply with and they are so used to bullying tenants that you will have an absolute nightmare with them if you even think of demanding your rights. We have had countless repair problems with various leaks, damage done by previous tenants and lack of general maintenance of the property. It took months to get them to fix a door that doesn't close and then it took months to fix an obvious leak that was there since before we moved it. We've had to deal with threats by "management" and absolutely subpar tradesmen that this company insists on using.
Sure, some of their properties look nice but I've seen what happens when tenants vacate and we have empty houses on the street where BRNS has left garbage outside and in the property for months, windows open with rain water leaking in and all sorts of other filth. Honestly, do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to live! That's what I would have told myself if I could go back in time ...

"A Good company that could be greater!"

I waited to get a descent time before writing this review as I wanted to make sure that my feelings doesn’t overlaps.

Right at the beginning of my application things didn’t moved accordingly but thanks to Raukeeb, as it’s warmth and reactive personality have gave me the confidence to rent with BRNS group. Raukeeb has shown the consistency that you r looking on an organisation and this started right from our first met. Now and despite some of the up and down occurring so far, I can sense that there is place from great improvements as any relationship require time and understanding and as long as BRNS group aim for it. I will be confident to rent with them!

There is definitely, not perfect world but I sincerely believe through great communication we can make it better!

"Don’t expect your deposit back!"

For those who are planning to rent with BRNS, BE VERY CAREFUL. Please! They will rob you when it’s time to move out and get your deposit back and they will find any excuse to get that money back from things like: a new mattress which is nearly £300 gone! That should not be something that’s held against tenants and new mattresses should be given to tenants regardless. Also, try not to burn the small iPad looking hobs whilst you cook, even if it’s grazed a little bit - they’ll take money from that too!
