"I would recommend"

I was applying for one of the flats BRNS group has. My application was helped by Raukeeb who was really nice and helpfull however my application failed for private reasons. Everything was really quick.
Afterwards I dealt with Jose who was extra helpfull and solved my concerns really quick. I got a refund I asked for in few days.

The previous person was right about the reviews. I wish I checked them before I signed the contract. The 5 star ones are defo fake - no one speaks like that. And yes, reviews can be bought. I just checked online.

I do agree with points made with other people. They do everything to reel you in act nice and then pass you on to crappy BRNS. When you try and call Home Made back they ignore your calls. I found out that they have a tracker on the number so they know who's calling. I called from a private number and they answered GOTCHA!

They pass you on to a managing company called BRNS who are completely useless if you ask me. Nothing gets fixed even if you beg them. I have been waiting 9 months for my toilet to be fixed - very tempted to stop paying the rent. Any one else?

The walls are defo covered in chalk, not paint. What a cheap company! I'm paying over £1,300. Worst mistake of my life renting with Home Made and BRNS.

Please rent with a 'normal estate agent'. Avoid Home Made and BRNS at all cost!
