The hotels were first rate. The food was first rate. The tour guides were very informative and the tours were great.

The quality of the excursions, accommodations, and meals were all top notch. The guides gave out information, but in an enjoyable manner. They even glued my sneaker back together, saying it was all part of the service ! Katarina, the trip manager, really met everyone’s needs.

The best parts were our Singapore Tour and the Hong Kong Tour. We weren't prepared for the heat, the rain and having to walk a mile to just reach the Temples. Our. Cambodian Guide was fair.

Guides were very knowledgeable and very helpful, but with older people on the tours, they need to slow down for people to catch up.

Everything went very smoothly, the flight arrangements, transfers, hotels, guides were all very good. The included tours and meals met our expectations, except in Hong Kong. The hotel locations and amenities in Singapore and Cambodia were outstanding and we would have liked to have had more leisure time to have enjoyed them. Meals were all amazing.
Would not recommend Jade Garden restaurant in Hong Kong as they did not have comfortable seating for the size of our group and did not accommodate special dietary requirements satisfactorily. Hong Kong hotel location was perfect.
We really enjoyed the trip and appreciated Aidy helping us navigate our booking options and process. Thank you for a great introductory trip we look forward to doing several more.

First of all our agent, Michael Vitow is absolutely excellent. He knows his product he always looks out for the best situation for you and follows through with everything. He explains everything very very well and he has a great attitude and personality, very friendly and professional. The trip that Online Vacations designed is absolutely fantastic! Everything went out with it without a hitch. People were there to pick us up at the airport with a nice welcome dinner at the hotel got to know our tour guide that stayed with us with the whole trip. That is really a big big plus and excursions that he took us on was wonderful. The tour guide also they were excellent. So Online Vacation Center, you’re doing a great job.
