Our pre-cruise tour could not have been better! I feel this is where a TA really shines because anyone can put you on a cruise and the cruise line has the game down pat, but the land tours are where a the great TA's rise to the top! and EJ definitely rose to the occasion. Everything from the flight to the hotel to our AMAZING tour guide, to the food, etc, etc, etc, was absolutely amazing.

The tour was fabulous. Great tour guide in Argentina. Ok hotel in Buenos Aires- some problems with air conditioning.
Our customer service with Annette was very poor. If we use this company again we will be looking for a more helpful, less condescending tour manager.

We have completed 7-Enrichment Journeys and have never been disappointed! OVC and its EJ department thoroughly organize all areas of the Journey and potential glitches have been reviewed and eliminated. Each one is different on the various Journeys we have taken in most countries around the world. We know once we arrive in our EJ destination from home, we don't have to worry about anything else until the return flight home.

I appreciate the time frame of the trip, especially since they now stay near.y a week at one hotel. Not going from hotel to hotel influenced our decision to rebook.
Most of the trip is included, which mean few financial surprises…also a plus.

Our flights were way better than expected, Singapore air was wonderful. Our hotels were just great, with good locations. Breakfasts at both were excellent. The meals provided were very good. Our guides at both locations were also very good. We had one problem in Singapore, which EJ needs to fix (meeting times were messed up). All in all a very nice enjoyable trip, with a good amount of experiences.
